Black History Month

 Remember, Reflect, Rejoice: Celebrating our diverse connection to God, that unifies us, and follows Christ's example of love. We are getting ready for a month long celebration of the rich contributions to history by the African Diaspora. Weekly Testimonials, Game Day, Movie Night, excerpts from Banned Books by people of color, an Arts Showcase, Potluck meal with foods from the African diaspora, and more.

We encourage you to buy a Banned Book. Look for suggestions in the bulletin. We will be giving away free books.
We will be reading All American Boys by Jason Reynolds.

Join us for a showcase of our talents and some soul food from the African diaspora. Sign up to participate. It’s Pot Luck so let us know what dish you will bring.

Thursday Feb 29, 6:30-9:30pm - Movie Night (starts at 7pm)
Let’s close out the celebration with a movie by or about the Black culture. Movie TBD.
