This sign-up is for Wednesday & Thursday, April 21-22, 5:30-10PM and Saturday and Sunday, April 24-25, 8:30AM-6PM.
You are welcome to share this email or link with family and friends, and those in our local Washington Heights/Dyckman/Inwood neighborhoods. To access additional appointments (and dates) you must click on the "MORE TIMES>" link in the upper or lower right corner of the form. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment date and time. Make a note of your appointment date and time when you schedule. This site will be administering the Pfizer vaccine, a 2-dose vaccine. Enter the vaccination site through our garden gates at 181st Street and Fort Washington Ave.
