Join experienced facilitator, Shawna Emerick, for an evening of movement, breath, rest, and community.

About the Program:

Explore listening to your body through movements that draw from a variety of body-based practices - yoga, tai chi, qigong, and dance.

From your observations using mindful awareness, and integrating compassion with your observations, deeper knowing can arise.

Rest & meditate (guided work), then circle in a sacred space for whatever feels called to be shared (optional).

*Movement is approx 50 mins with community gathering time approx 25 mins.

This weekly class is facilitated by Shawna Emerick, B.S. Dance, E-RYT, CPC.
